1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AlfredFLIX Streaming ("AlfredFLIX," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlfredFLIX streaming service, located at watch.alfredflix.stream, and the associated website and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, selecting a plan, or using any aspect of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1.2 Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to subscribe to and use the AlfredFLIX Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

1.3 Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

• **Payment Processor:** All payments are processed securely through our third-party processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
• **Refund Policy:** All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial service periods.
• **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point the service will be terminated.

1.4 Account Usage and Sharing

• **Simultaneous Streams:** Your account is strictly limited to two (2) simultaneous streams to ensure service quality for all patrons.
• **Sharing:** Account sharing is permitted within your immediate family, and we impose no IP or geographical location restrictions.
• **Profile Creation:** You may create multiple profiles, but please note that each will be billed separately.

1.5 Content and Service Changes

The content library is curated and fluid. AlfredFLIX reserves the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time with or without notice.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. AlfredFLIX is a virtual Canadian company based in Montreal.

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide and manage your subscription:

• **Account Information:** Your name and email address. Your email address is used to create your unique username (the first 10 characters of your email).
• **Payment Information:** Billing details, which are handled exclusively by **Stripe**. AlfredFLIX does not store sensitive credit card information.
• **Contact Information:** If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, and optional phone number you provide.

2.2 Data Storage and Security

• **Account Data:** Your name and email are stored on our **Secure Canadian servers** based in Montreal.
• **Payment Data:** Payment information is stored entirely on Stripe's secure servers.
• **Data Selling:** We do not sell your personal data. We have no need or desire to monetize your information.

2.3 Data Retention and Deletion

• **Retention:** We keep your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, we retain data for a period of **one (1) month** to manage billing issues before permanent deletion.
• **Account Deletion:** You may request account deletion at any time by emailing us from your account address.

2.4 Third-Party Disclosure

We only share your data with essential third-party service providers necessary to operate the service, including:

• **Stripe:** For secure payment processing and billing.
• **Cloudflare:** For website hosting, content delivery, and security.
• **Resend:** For reliable delivery of transactional and account-related emails.

3.1 Use of Cookies

AlfredFLIX uses cookies only for **Strictly Necessary** purposes. These essential cookies are required for core functionality, such as user authentication (keeping you logged in to watch.alfredflix.stream), session management, and site security.

3.2 Tracking and Advertising

To preserve your privacy and viewing experience, AlfredFLIX has a policy against unnecessary tracking:

• **Analytics:** We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking software at this time.
• **Advertising:** We do not use any advertising or marketing cookies, and we have no social media pixels implemented.

The Service is entirely **ad-free**.

3.3 Managing Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly, especially login and streaming features.
